Can I exchange my purchase?Dependent on the brand and product will determine if it can be exchanged. Many of our items are expensive, made to order, hand or customer made, so the manufacturers will be reluctant to take back something that has been made specifically. Therefore, the chances of having an exchange will be low. We will do our very best to try to accommodate your needs but it is so important you are sure you are ordering the correct item before placing any order.We have an experienced dedicated team on hand to give friendly advice.
